♡♡ SHIPPING UPDATE ♡♡

Please be aware that due to COVID-19 you may experience slower than normal delivery times. In some cases I’ve seen between 3-8 week delays when crossing international borders. While Canada Post is still processing umail - it is at much higher volumes. This will cause obvious delays in deliveries. 

Space Queen Studio is a small Canadian company and each listing is handmade/made to order - I’m working my hardest to get packages sent out on time, but I am just one human so please be kind and patient. Your patience is very much appreciated.


Shop prices are in USD. 
Even though Space Queen Studio is a Canadian shop prices are in USD - as most of my online traffic comes from the US.

Processing time is typically 5-10 business days - these times will vary depending on volume of orders. All of the planters are made to order/ made in small batches, which is why they take time to process before shipping out.

All Canadian orders include a tracking number through Canada Post.

United States / International orders do not include tracking unless purchased. The least expensive shipping option to the US and Internationally do not include tracking. If you would like tracking, it can be added at an additional cost - tracking options will be displayed at check-out.

Do you ship to the US/Internationally?

Yes I do! As long as your location is accessible through Canada Post I can offer shipping to it. Shipping quotes can be generated at check out. If shipping to your country is not available at check out, please email me and I can see if I can add it into the shipping options.

Will a listing that’s sold out restock in the future?

Most of my listings are made to order, which is why the processing time is slightly longer. I only take as many orders as I know I can fulfill or have ready made in small batches. So the listing may come back depending if I have access to the materials needed for me to make the item.

I’m placing an order as a gift, can I leave a personalized note?

Absolutely! Leave what you’d like the gift to say in the “notes” area when you check out. I’ll make sure to place it into the package to make your present extra special.
