♡♡ SHIPPING ♡♡

All stickers are shipped through letter mail (Canada Post) and do not include tracking. 

All Canadian orders include a tracking number through Canada Post. Free local pick-up is available at 100 McCaul St., Toronto, ON, M5T 1W5 - if you choose this option you will receive an email to coordinate pick-up time

United States / International orders do not include tracking unless purchased. The least expensive shipping option to the US and Internationally do not include tracking. If you would like tracking, it can be added at an additional cost - tracking options will be displayed at check-out. Please note that you are responsible for all tariffs or duties.

UK/EU orders - Please note that you will be responsible for all VAT charges and tax related issues. The price of the items does not include VAT.

Please be aware that you may experience slower than normal delivery times for untracked parcels and during high-volume holidays and events. In some cases I’ve seen between 3-8 week delays when crossing international borders. 

Space Queen Studio is a small Canadian company and each listing is handmade - I’m working my hardest to get packages sent out on time, but I am just one human so please be kind and patient. Your patience is very much appreciated.

Processing times will range from 5-7 business days.

Shop prices are in USD. Even though Space Queen Studio is a Canadian shop prices are in USD - as most of my online traffic comes from the US.

Do you ship to the US/Internationally?

Yes I do! As long as your location is accessible through Canada Post I can offer shipping to it. Shipping quotes can be generated at check out. If shipping to your country is not available at check out, please email me at info@spacequeenstudio.ca and I can see if I can add it into the shipping options.

Will a listing that’s sold out restock in the future?

Most of my ceramic items are one-of-a-kind or limited stock, it is not likely it will restock unless it's a very popular item and/or I have the time and capacity to make it again.

I’m placing an order as a gift, can I leave a personalized note?

Absolutely! Leave what you’d like the gift to say in the “notes” area when you check out. I’ll make sure to place it into the package to make your present extra special.
